Aston, Pa. - Neumann College women's soccer closed out the 2007 regular season in Abington, Pa. this afternoon. The Knights ended the season on a high note with a 3-2 win over the Lions in non-conference action. Neumann's Brittany Barley and Casey Geary combined for all three of Neumann's goals including the game winner. Brittany Barley scored two goals for the Knights after connecting with Casey Geary on both occasions. Barley returned the favor on the Knights' second goal, passing the ball down field to Geary who found the back of the net to add another point to the Knights tally. Neumann closes out the 2007 regular season 6-12-1 and 4-5-1 in the conference. |
