As Team Chaplain, Mr. D'Angelo provides personal and spiritual support to the student-athletes, coaches and staff during the entire school year. His role is designed to be one of encouragement, vision and leadership. While being in concert with the coaches, he also maintains a special relationship with the captains of the men's baseball team in assisting to develop their role in leadership through the filter of discipleship. Chaplain D'Angelo is often called upon to provide a healthy, balanced perspective to the entire team, making athletics at Neumann College distinctive.

A 1993 graduate of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Chaplain D'Angelo went on to earn a masters degree in pastoral care and counseling at Neumann College. Prior to his current position, Mr. D'Angelo served as Youth minister for 4 year(s) and has been doing ministry work for over 10 years. Since 2001, he has assisted the coaching staff in integrating the competitiveness of sport, spirituality, and character development into the aggressive daily practices and the assertive competition that athletic teams endure on a volunteer basis.
